      Application

      I interviewed at HARVEY

      Interview

I went through a pretty extensive interview process including an HR screen, 2 additional rounds, and an in-person interview with 4 team members at the NYC office. Throughout the process, the conversations were positive and I received encouraging feedback about both my experience and the ideas I pitched. At one point in the final round, one of people interviewing me flat out said, "looks like we'll be seeing you in office soon!" For that reason, I was surprised and disappointed not to receive an offer. I also couldn’t help but notice similarities between a sports sponsorship idea I shared during the process and something the team appears to have moved forward with that's plastered all over linkedin. Unethical business practice, and a waste of time.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HARVEY (New York, NY)

      Interview

The process required about 4 rounds of interviews - it like may have been less but the team was traveling during my interview period. I thought the number of people candidates were required to meet with given that this was an entry level position, was a unnecessary, If this were a mid-to-senior level position, I would've been more appropriate. Overall, the team was warm and focused on getting to know me, which was appreciated. The HR team was pretty responsive during my initial calls but it seemed like once I wasn't going to be offered the role, communication was delayed.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I can't remember exactly the question word for word - but they were curious about the candidate's experience with change management. Again, someone who is entry level likely would not have this kind of experience as they were just entering the workforce.
