I met with a member of their recruitment team initially, and they were really clear and transparent about the end-to-end interview process. 30-minute technical interview, 30-minute interview with the hiring manager and a final 2-hour interview, broken up into 4 separate interviews. The recruiter provided the purpose for each interview and suggestions for how to prepare effectively. All interviews were explained by recruitment accurately, and recruitment was very quick to follow-up and provide feedback about where you are in the process. Quite honestly the best candidate experience I've ever encountered.
