Question 1
Not a standard question, build a function retryer, input a function and build fixed interval, exponential retries. handle configurable max attempts, work with sync/async functions, and provide a clean API
A recruiter screen followed by a technical screen where it is an open ended live project without any AI allowed. Coding speed is a massive priority and doing it correctly is. There are multiple parts, and tripping up a single time can ruin the interview.
Phone screen - positive experience where they spin a LC problem as a little more practical real life example. Interviewer was very straightforward and did not waste much time. Started with background intro and went straight into problem.

The process was quick. I was asked to do one coding round virtually. Everyone working there seems smart and knowledgeable. Interviewers were friendly. They have a lot of interesting problems to tackle.
