Interview
- 30 min phone call / phone screen with recruiter
- 30 min hiring manager zoom
- 1.5 hour onsite - 30 min pitch presentation, 30 min with SE, 30 min hiring manager - all hypothetical questions
- 30 min zoom final round with whoever is available
I made it to the final round and the Harvey team never emailed or called to tell me they weren't moving forward and ghosted. The entire process took 4 weeks and countless hours of preparation. Very disappointing no one had the professionalism to let me know directly.

Question 1
1. what do you think happened behind closed doors after a late stage meeting with a law firm that was asking specific questions with c-suit then afterwards ghosted, and what would you do to re-engage?
2. What would you say to a prospect that says it's company policy to not buy any cloud based software?
3. How would you explain an instance where the IP team saw 40% productivity gains but not in billable hours and you're looking to expand to other teams within the firm? and what do you attribute the cause of this to?
Cold applied on their website and messaged the hiring manager directly. Had an informal screen the next day. Great conversation, great alignment in terms of background and experience, knowledge of their industry & personas, etc. Hiring manager outlined next steps and committed to getting back to me within 48 hours for the next step...
Then completely ghosted. I reached out again, no response. Reached out to recruiting for an update, no response.
Advice to Harvey: do better.
