I applied via referral -- got to first round, no reply for two weeks, second round, no reply after -- I kindly followed up multiple times & still no response. While we understand Harvey is a "hot startup", it seems like the organization is completely disfunctional inside & has zero culture. The folks I interviewed with were extremely cold as well -- giving the vibe they had better things to do.
