I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HCVT (Costa Mesa, CA) in Jul 2011
Interview
The interview process was typical. The HR department helped setup the interview date and time.
The actual interviews were with manager level personnel and above. Afterwards, a group of seniors and staff took me out to lunch to a nearby restaurant. After lunch, the seniors gave me a tour of the entire office. They had a pool table in their kitchen area.

Question 1
What is your experience with real estate partnerships?
I applied online and received an email within a day or two to set up a phone screening. The phone screening was about a 45 minute phone call with a recruiter just asking typical interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, experience). A few days later I was informed my resume would be forwarded to the branch I applied at. I haven't been contacted by the branch yet (about a week ago).
