Very good experience but let down was no email that was unsuccessful and believe that regardless of decision an email should be given so that’s the only thing I would like to mention.
2 online assessments asking about how you’d respond to a customer query. Included a personality questionnaire. One took 40 minutes and the other took 25 minutes. The process was intuitive and easy to follow.

Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle
