Hachette UK interview questions

Two stages of interview meeting various team members. The second interview was shorter and the questions were similar to the first. Important things were experience, why I wanted the job, my career goals and my knowledge of the book market, although there were some curveballish questions.

Very straightforward. Fair, role-specific questions. Warm environment. Encouraging. If you know your stuff, the questions will feel logical; if not or if you have slightly less experience, you will need to be more creative in how you answer them!
