HR were no shows for first two scheduled interviews and emailed and texted after start time to r/s. And one of first questions i was asked was if i had any vacations scheduled in the future. Manager of program did not have a clue about next steps and answers about timing where vague. I had to look up the manager prior to the interview and he had only been with. Hagerty a few months himself. I found it odd both interviews were by phone and only 30 minutes.
