Interview
Unprofessional, disorganized, not very communicative. Very quick phone interviews with Hagerty reps late for every one of them. HR were no shows for first two scheduled interviews and emailed and texted after start time to r/s. And one of first questions i was asked was if i had any vacations scheduled in the future.
Manager of program did not have a clue about next steps and answers about timing where vague. I had to look up the manager prior to the interview and he had only been with. Hagerty a few months himself.
I found it odd both interviews were by phone and only 30 minutes.
