The communication from the recruiter was smooth. I went through 3 rounds.
Seems they don't encourage candidates with a career gap as one of the top managers grilled me badly on that.
It wasn't expected that I'll be judged based on working for multiple projects under one single service based company where I stayed for 8 long years. Hope they learn to smile little and etiquette.
