Place to gain experience and work with supportive colleagues. The company has structure trainings for all employees. Slightly above pay with great benefits (RRSP, bonus, gym, product discounts, etc). Strong focus on HSE standards applied on site.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities. Stressful workplace with constant pressure to perform the work to perfection with not enough time allocated. Job insecurity, Culture of monitoring colleagues and micromanaging. New grads are on temporary contracts carrying a heavier workload.
