The interviewers are very kind and nice to me. They are always patient to my ideas, which do let me believe the company respects every employee. The questions mainly focus on my past experiences as well as my own characteristics.
Recruiter called to confirm interview details, followed by 1 round of interview with the hiring manager and an offer about 2 weeks later. Fast and efficient process overall but it took them a while to arrange the interview at the start which lead me to think they were not interested.

It was average, but job description was a bit misleading and role had to be clarified in the interview which made me realize it wasn't a good fit for me
The interview was more focused on behavioral and cultural fit than purely technical knowledge. I was asked how I approach complex problems, handle unexpected issues under time pressure, and communicate in a small, fast-paced engineering team. They were particularly interested in my ability to stay calm and methodical when debugging or optimizing under constraints.
