I discussed first with the on-site recruitment agency, which looks like an outsourcing partner. Then, I had an interview with a hiring manager. We talked over 1 hour. She professionally explained what would be next and when I should expect the feedback. But then, no one gave the feedback. The HR specialist said she didn't have the feedback and that I had to wait. The feedback was never shared. I'm sure that every person deserves feedback.
