Haleon interview questions

Interactive and descriptive with focus on work experience in previous roles and responsibilities. One HR round and two technical round interviews. The interview process is lengthy and proper feedback is not given without follow-up. The interviewers were interactive and had positive approach.

The process started with a recruiter, who was fantastic but was not given clear direction or feedback from the team. I met in person with six people over two separate occasions, a total of roughly 7 hours of interviewing. In addition, I had four one-hour-long online interviews with other key stakeholders throughout the process, for a total of 10+ hours of actual interviewing, not including prep. Overall, it was a terrible and unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend the company.
