Received a call from the recruiter about 3 weeks after I applied. She asked about my experience and more details that the HR manager was looking for. Though this may have been a phone screen, we chatted about 30 minutes. This position seemed liked they want someone more on the technical side to to help with troubleshooting and system improvements. I was told if I don't hear anything back in two weeks, I could call back. I followed up and was told the manager still hasn't chose candidates for the next round of interviews.
