Interview
Phone interview and then an in person interview. Everyone was very nice and it seemed like a good environment. I ultimately declined the position due to the commute time it would take me to get there. If it was in the East Bay, I probably would have accepted.

Interview
It started with a phone conversation with the recruiter for about 30 minutes. He invited me to a F2F interview to meet the rest of the team. At the in-person interview, I spent about 15 minutes getting a tour of the place with the recruiter and even got some coffee at their coffee station (delicious!).
Interviewed with the whole team (10 people), which I thought was a great idea! It gave me the chance to get to know each team member to make sure I felt comfortable possibly working with these people. They kept it super casual and made it feel like a conversation more than an interview. Since it was more conversational, there wasn't any typical interview questions asked.
Overall, great interview process with really welcoming people.
