Took away every perk. Incompetent leadership. Relies solely on AI.

Pros

My team of coworkers. Everything else that made me love my job and this company does not exist anymore.

Cons

Every perk, including my job was been taken from me (thanks AI. But, you said Penny wouldn’t take jobs, right?). Micromanage. No effort to know you as a person from management. The definition of “you are just a number.” The company cares way too much about profits and AI, and has completely lost sight of investing in their people. Current COO does not acknowledge stress behind job security with AI, when two departments have been dissolved in six months.

The falcon cannot hear the falconer. Things fall apart. The center cannot hold. The best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity.
