I had 3 phone interviews, followed by a 4 hour in-person interview. Overall, the interview felt very "one-sided" and the LC employees seemed to have egos. They gave me the impression that I had to really prove myself, rather than the idea that interviewing is a two-way street. I declined to proceed with LC because I had several other companies with better hiring practices. 1st interview: Recruiter - asked a lot of behavioral type questions 2nd: Case study with hiring manager 3rd: Case study with another hiring manager In-person: 4 hour interview with pre-work. The pre-work consists of financial modeling, a business case and a PPT presentation.
