I was contacted by the recruiter. First phone interview and then met with the director in person, I was under the impression that it went well since she mentioned about next step meeting with 2 other members. Dint hear back from them for a long time, so when I followed up the recruiting coordinator mentioned they are in early stage and still interviewing but its been a while now and I never heard back from them.Not at all responsive. Company needs to value candidates time and work on the interview feedback process.
