I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Happen Bank in Apr 2019
Interview
the interview process was pretty easy and to the point. it was about three interviews in a process of two hours. the first interview was an explanation of what lendingclub is all about and the perks, then we got into groups and went over the values of lending club then we were assigned a person to interview us, lasted about 10 mins of questions that they took down. after that one was done we went to a manager of that department that handed us some documents to look at and give them an overview of what we would do in that situation and how we got to that answer.
