Fairly straight forward, talk with recruiter and then in office round robin interview. (pre-covid) All of the questions were pretty basic and didn't go too in depth. A lot of customer service questions as well, making sure we always put the customer fist.

phone interview followed by an in-person interview with 3 people. they'll ask you about you questions that pertain to your personality, work ethics, background in the finance field, and general interview questions. specifically they'll want you to have some knowledge of credit and have you evaluate a paystub tax return or w2 which is a definitely pertinent to a real work day of a Credit Specialist.

Very standard, no tricks here. Interviewers were truly interested in learning about you and connected well. I really enjoyed the interview process and they were very fast in responding the same day with the decision. Out of all employers I've been with, LendingClub had the fastest response.
