Happen Bank interview questions

I got cold call contacted through Linkedin and phone calls by LendingClub recruiter. Told me they had a ton of positions available with many groups within the company. Set aside time to talk to the recruiter who setup a phone interview with another recruiter(why another recruiter?). The day and time comes, didn't receive a call for phone interview. Very unprofessional, I did a ton of follow ups to find out they supposedly filled all the "fake" positions and didn't even bother to give courteous to tell job candidates. Arrogant and very unprofessional. This hints on major issues hidden within the company.
