I was really excited to interview with this company. The interview process was lengthy and moved quickly at first. I went through four rounds of virtual interviews. My final interview was on a Wednesday, and I was advised that I would hear back "by the end of that week or the beginning of the following week". When I did not hear back within that timeframe, I emailed three members of the team that I met with to ask for an update or if they needed further information. Not one person replied to me. This morning, a full 9 days after the interview, I received an automated response informing me that "we received your application", thanking me for my interest, and telling me that "we unfortunately will not be moving forward with your candidacy at this time." The entire process was disrespectful, both professionally and personally. Looking through previous reviews, it's clear that this is a routine process for this company and it's shameful. I would have appreciated an answer to my multiple emails or it would have at least been nice to have received a phone call to thank me for the time I invested in this position.
