Interview
The first interview consists of a reach test and a panel interview with 3 HA employees. If you pass that then you move on to the second interview which is a group interview. My group was large with about 25-30 people and they passed out cards and we each took turns flipping the card over and reading/answering the question out loud. If you pass that the final round is a f2f with 2 HA employees (not sure of their positions). I've heard that if you get the job they will tell you right then and there, and if you don't then they will tell you that you will be notified in X amount of days with an answer. They told me to look out for an email within 1 to 2 weeks (meaning I didn't get it). Two weeks later I get a phone call from an HA employee telling me they were going to move forward with other candidates. I really dislike the fact that they call to inform you that you didn't get the job because I got excited thinking they were calling to extend me a CJO. They are so misleading.
My advice: Really think about whether or not you are willing to invest a lot of time and money into the process because in the end they are only looking for under 100 people so you have to be SURE you have what it takes (extensive experience, polynesian look and personal references) before buying the several plane tickets you will need to get there and back plus the time off from work you will need.
It was very professional and nice. You do a one on one then group then another one on one. For the group, you get and individual scenario then a group scenario where you work together.

the whole process was a 3-step process. The first was a group Zoom interview, with a few questions and timed answer (now with Alaska Air merge, it is a recorded process). Next was an in-person group interview, you measure height and reach, break off in groups, and speak in front of a panel. Finally, individual interview, but I did not get that far.
Korean language qualify position has test through lap top computer. It was quite tough and wasn’t easy to pass. They ask everything such as politics, economics, religion and events. It took more than 30-40 minutes and weren’t able to mix any English vocabularies.
