Had a phone screening with a recruiter to gauge personality, then an in-person meeting with a Software Developer Manager to go over some quick coding problems, and if you pass that, then you meet with 4 other developers or managers and you do some more technical challenges. Once all of that is good, you get an offer.
This was a technical interview. Two older men had me try to solve a leetcode question. I solved it with JS pretty quick. They then asked me to solve the same question using only math. I failed to solve it with only math.
The initial phone call was pleasant and asked typical recruiting questions. They mentioned a second interview but I received no follow-up. No email or phone call to let me know the next steps (if any).

Very long process and a lengthy background checks. Multiple references are required. Interviews are easy, but the interviewers are not enthusiastic. Any salary and benefit negotiation take at least few days to get an answer.
