The woman who interviewed me was late to our call. Didn’t allow me to speak at all. Just spoke about the company the entire time, didn’t ask me any questions. Had her HR person call me later to offer me the job, told me I had 24 hours to accept - and then told me “that won’t work for us, good luck with your search” when I told her that I needed a little more time to decide, because I was still interviewing with other companies.

I was contacted by an internal recruiter, who was very engaging and responsive. After completing a few assessments, I was then scheduled with a manager. She asked me a few questions about recruiting. I’m a very seasoned recruiter, and answered all her questions, and had a lot of my own. What was very odd is that they want you to work in the office and they are using work at home days as a reward. To me this is showing that they don’t trust their employees and working at home is not a reward it’s just logical. It also shows that they are micromanaging. I didn’t get a warm feeling overall and this didn’t seem like a great place to work.

Great communication from the HR recruiter until my interview. The lady who interviewed me was pleasant and asked about different situations in sales. I wasn’t offered the job and i asked the recruiter if I could receive feedback. That was ignored. I followed up a few days later and still no response.
