Interview
I applied online at careerbuilder.com, and received an email a few days later asking me to come in for a first interview. First interview was in a group-about 15 people. We were split into smaller groups and asked several low key questions: What are our hobbies, what do we think of the company, what relevant experience do we have that would apply to this position? I was called back for a second interview, which was only about 20 minutes long. Was asked where I saw myself in 2-3 years, and to share my hobbies and interests with the manager who sat in on the interview.
