Horrible management and communication. During my interview I told the HR rep that I was interested in the position but wanted something more technical as a future career (long term goal) and the HR rep told me the manager did not want to hire me because they want someone who would be fully committed to the position and would not want someone to "jump ship" if another position came up. First of all who would do that? Second, I am a highly qualified candidate and told the HR rep I was looking for a company who encourages internal growth. Guess highfive does NOT encourage that. Rethink your priorities and who you hire. You may run your company better if you have competent people working there. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone.
