First impressions - Unprofessional from the CEO down!. First got an automated saying from HR - thanks but no, thanks. Then just a few days later another one saying the CEO would like to speak with you.
Then the fun started on the video conference - this joker of a CEO Shan, sitting on a table looking all sleepy - first asked how did you come about speaking with me! All, this when he was supposedly interested in talking to me. Zero homework on his side when he was supposedly interviewing for a leadership role. Then while I spoke, I could see he has something else on his mind. He blabbered a few usual inanities and wrapped it up.
Glad I am not at this place, where the drowsy captain of the ship itself is anything but the enthusiasm represented by "high five".
