I’ve been ghosted by this company, not once or twice, but a total of three times over the past year and a half. I have interviewed twice and never heard back from anyone even after following up. I was also contacted by a hiring manager that never responded to me when I provided my availability for an interview. I followed up and never heard back. While interviewing, you’re made to feel comfortable. However, while in my last interview, it was made clear that they’re interviewing to fulfill some sort of quota. No real questions about me, my experience, or availability were asked. In addition, they were evasive when I asked standard questions. I never received a rejection email for any of the positions I applied for, but while reviewing my profile, I found that they had mislabeled an application status as if I had turned down a position at the company. I tried to follow-up, but received no response. I’ve read about similar experiences on this forum and it seems that my experiences are not unique. This is incredibly disrespectful of an applicant’s time and definitely sends contradictory messages about company values and goals.
