Interview
Extremely slow and didn't seem to comprehend my work experience and background. Applied for one job and was called for the less experience job. Then they called back and requested that I interview for the program manager role. Which was the job I applied for. Extremely slow. Lied bout the role and type of work I would be doing.

Interview
Recruiter reached out via phone call and was talking very fast and basically just trying to schedule a video interview with hiring manager. It seemed like she didn't read my resume. I accepted the video call for next week. She also told me that she would call me to follow up the day after my interview. On interview day with hiring manager she didn't look very professional, hair and clothes not for a professional meeting. Questions were very detailed and asked so many questions that were not relevant for the job. At the end of the interview (1 hr) I asked if she had any concerns regarding my experience and she was honest to say yes, that she was looking for someone with more experience on a specific area of the job description. She told me I would hear back before end of week. I never heard back. I never got a rejection email. And needless to say, the recruiter who originally contacted me never followed up as she promised.
