The overall process was unusually long, with multiple gaps where I did not hear from the recruiter for weeks at a time. Communication delays were significant enough that I often forgot I was still in process.
While the interviewer was engaged and personable, several other team members projected an underlying sense of superiority that was difficult to ignore. This raised concerns for me about the broader team culture and psychological safety within the organization.
The compensation was far below market expectations, especially considering the role was intended to operate across two different markets.
After advancing through the full process and reaching the final stages, I was ultimately rejected via a generic template email. I followed up to request feedback and never received a response.
Notably, the role remains posted, which does not surprise me given the compensation level being offered.
