There were four interviews: with HR, language check, an interview with the team leader and in the end with the manager. The team leader and the manager were mainly interested in my willingness to learn, because I had no prior experience in accounting.

As I said, my willingness to learn was the main thing, but they also wanted to hear more from me, about my education, what motivates me, etc.
