Interview
There were four interviews: with HR, language check, an interview with the team leader and in the end with the manager. The team leader and the manager were mainly interested in my willingness to learn, because I had no prior experience in accounting.

As I said, my willingness to learn was the main thing, but they also wanted to hear more from me, about my education, what motivates me, etc.
We have a face to face interview. The question about: company knowledge/accountant-related technical questions/ some tests on Excel. It is good to prepare Excel skills like formulas/pivot tables. It is also good to search on Hisense website to know the company culture.
