As a HR interviewing for a HR position, I was shocked and a bit troubled by the state of HR in the company. Coordinator arranges the interview and recruiter sources the profiles, but the experience is neutral. Head of People was extremely unprofessional during the interview - would look at her own hands, touch her eyelashes (as though she's looking in a mirror), seemed highly uninterested and body language was absolutely atrocious from the start all the way to the end. As a chinese company that expects chinese speaking, you'd expect better conduct from someone so senior.
