Clear and organized. Recruiter and hiring manager kept me informed of next steps and timelines. Interview process was focused and streamlined. I interviewed for the Marlborough site. It was a very straightforward process: phone screen, video interview, on-site, then a final video interview.
Throughout the whole process, everything was smooth and organized, and everyone involved was very respectful and nice. A lot of the interview involved questions regarding past experience and high-level approaches to problems.
