I interviewed for the Marlborough site. It was a very straightforward process: phone screen, video interview, on-site, then a final video interview.
Throughout the whole process, everything was smooth and organized, and everyone involved was very respectful and nice. A lot of the interview involved questions regarding past experience and high-level approaches to problems.
Clear and organized. Recruiter and hiring manager kept me informed of next steps and timelines. Interview process was focused and streamlined. TA partner had a good understanding of the team, role, and what the hiring manager was looking for, made it easy to prioritize this role from the start of the process
It was a very thorough and friendly interview. I was interrogated at one point, but there were reasonable questions during the entire process. I was exhausted by the end of it, but I learned a lot about the position and the culture the company holds.
