After seeing an open position online, I turned my resume in to a Manager I knew. He forwarded it to HR, who called me in for an interview. I interviewed face to face with the HR director, then two of the Managers. We went on a tour of the building. I got called back the next week to look over an offer letter.

Streamlined and fast. from the internet to contact was 2 weeks. Once phone interview there was in person with two people from the management. They responded in an email in a couple of weeks that I did not get an offer and I appreciated that.
