I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell Technologies in Jun 2021
Interview
The first interview was with the HR specialist, where I was asked to describe myself and explain my motivation for wanting to work at Honeywell. After that, I had three additional one-on-one meetings: one with the R&D Director, one with the Project Director, and one with the Hiring Manager.
Each meeting was very interesting. We discussed a variety of topics, both personal and work-related. I was presented with scenarios and issues that I had to solve based on my previous experience. There were a few technical questions, but nothing too difficult. Overall, it felt more like a conversation aimed at understanding who I really am.
