The interview process was mostly about the background, how it related to the role I was interviewing for and what skills was I bringing to the role. The interview panel wanted to understand how will I be successful at this roles I was interviewing for. UOP is know for its brand in the industry and the company makes sure the external hires will continue the legacy, brand name in the market place.

I was asked alot of basic engineering questions but the interviewer was polite and friendly. The interviewer gave me time to talk about my own experiences in the business. HR asked standard interview questions.
