I applied online. I interviewed at Honeywell Technologies
Interview
I was contacted for Honeywell aerospace by a consultancy. First round was an extremely timepass online test which a novice will be able to clear. Second round was a face to face round. It was supposed to be some bogus Hackathon round but may be these guys were struck by lightning and they decided to go with a normal PI. The PI interview was again very easy and it was not a big deal to do very well in it. They gave me a positive feedback that day and assured me that I would be called the following week for another coding assessment. It has been three weeks and I never got a call from them. Just now, I have received a call from another consultancy regarding the same opening in the same division of the same company!! That compels me to write this review because this company is extremely whimsical, they do not look for quality. Even they themselves do not know what they are looking for, and not to mention, they have no appreciation that a candidate has to take at a least a half day off to go down to their office and cater to their whims and fancies. I had read very bad interview experiences on glassdoor for the same company and had decided to not attend the second round. I was persuaded by the consultant to change my mind and attend it. All for a big waste of time.
My interview process included an online assessment, a technical interview focused on coding, projects, and core subjects, followed by a managerial/HR round to discuss teamwork, communication, and career goals. Overall, it was a structured process that evaluated both technical skills and cultural fit.
