Initial interview to determine qualification (suitability) then a Site Visit (tour of facility).
Site visit interview included the Site HR Manager, Site Manager, and Hiring Manager.
Additional questions and answers with other Quality Engineers during the Site Visit.
You will also be working with other HR Recruiters from Honeywell, located outside of CA, during the application process.

Behavioral panel interview. Interviewed by a panel of four on previous decisions made in certain situations. Such as "tell us about a time you made a bad decision, the situation, what you did, the outcome, and what you learned."

Easy access to the facilities, an average interview process, nice and fruitful discussion, a friendly working enviroment, warm welcome staff, general technical questions. Clear and focused objectives. Great experience overall.
It was not bad and was held in a professional way with the Manager being highly jovial and mostly asking questions pertaining to the domain which was being interviewed for.
