Long process. 5 rounds of interview. Detailed technical check. Technical panel screws up with in depth questions. Need to be well prepared.
HR round need to be very smart. Selection process is quite lengthier. Working environment is good depending on the project team you are selected for.

Interview
A 3rd party recruiter contacts you via email and sets up the interview appointment. The interview can either be on the phone or in-person at the facility.
