I interviewed at Honeywell Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
Talent Acquisition couldn't answer my question. Second interview was arranged with the hiring manager. Interview went OK, was told I would be contacted due course for an update after a week.
4 weeks later, no communication or contact. Very poor and dissapointing. Such a shame to experience this happening as an HR professional.
Hopefully after this review they will take on the feedback and improve. Induction and engagement starts at the interview stage.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell Technologies
Interview
Very long and non-communicative. Process started with prompt emails followed by a phone screen the following week, which lasted only 5 minutes. Recruiter was very rushed and it felt like I was blown off. Next steps were identified that someone would reach out to me at the end of the week (2-3 days later). This never happened. 1-2 weeks passed passed and I finally received a call from a scheduling coordinator to set up the next interview with the hiring manager. That interview went well and I was set up with two additional interviews the following 1-2 weeks. At the onset of the next interview, I was called the wrong name. During the morning of the final interview, I was notified that the meeting had been canceled and someone would be following up with me on next steps. A week after that email was sent, it's been radio silence. This entire process has lasted over 1 month and communication has been non-existent with anyone at this organization. All employee representatives were at least 3 minutes late to the interviews.
