I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process was easy and comfortable. I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who then set up a call, which was a 10-15 min conversation covering the basics. I was given a job description and what account I'd be interviewing for. After expressing interest in moving forward, HR set up an in-person interview for me the following week. The interview was normal and included a cost-out exercise. After the first interview I was then called back for a second, after which I was given an offer.
