Pros

Office events, "unlimited" PTO (unless you have to work over Christmas break or weekends as many teams do), work on big-name accounts and advance your career

Cons

Your experience will vary greatly depending on your team. Mine is toxic, constantly passive-aggressive, and severely overworked. Classic case of people promoted to manager based on performance, but then not trained on how to be a leader. Management couldn't care less about your personal life and your struggles, and that's only part of why so many people are leaving

- Wonderful, extremely supportive team - Incredible resources and mentorship - Work/Life Balance - Internal Mobility

Cons

- The Pros are extremely client/pod dependent. It really depends on what team you're on and their set up. Other teams were not as fortunate - Bonuses are essentially non-existent - at least for the years I was there although my work and my team's work positively impacted the business
