Over-worked, under-valued, and under-paid. Not staffed enough. Take advantage of lower paid employees by overworking them. Zero work life balance

Great place to work. Laid back work environment and positive energy around the company. Most employees are very happy here. Great work/life balance. Privately owned and the owner genuinely cares about his employees. Pay is average, but the culture, work/life balance and Hybrid work makes it a place to want to stay around.

Cons

Being a privately owned company, the direction of the company can change like the wind so people who are looking for a place that has a concrete future plan, this may not be the place, but that is similar in most media companies. Once the company experienced its first "down" couple of years, it stopped giving out bonuses even when finances improved. A lot of company runs in a Ad-Hoc way so things can be totally different from group to group.

Can have a good work life balance depending on your team and clients. Leadership does care about personnel development. Office space is very likeable. You learn a lot and can be shown a great deal of new opportunities.

Cons

Promotions and pay raises can be withheld depending on the status of the business overall, Pay cant fully be negotiated due to payment structures per role.
