Interview
I had a brief 20 minute phone interview with the Recruiter to see if my past experiences/internships lined up with the job description I was interviewing for. After this, the Recruiter set up an in person interview in NYC with the potential team I would be working with. The in person interview lasted about 30 minutes and was very conversational, not formal which was enjoyable. I got a call the next day offering me a position at Horizon Media to which I accepted.

Why do you want to work in Digital Marketing/Advertising?
I applied online and the human resource department got ahold of me within a week. Between the phone interview and my in person interview, I got a response back in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process everyone I met was super personable and genuinely wanted to get to know you as a person and not just as another worker in the office.
