The HR contacts I worked with along the way were very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The first step was a phone screen and they were very transparent about the job and salary range from the beginning which I appreciated. Then once coming in for a face to face interview (2 times) the meetings were all very positive. They were prompt to meet and even responded to my thank you notes, which is rare. All HMI employees that I met with kept the interview very conversational which allowed for a good sense for the type of place it is. Once offering me the position, they even went as far as to connecting me with the brand team leads in order to be fully informed that I was making the appropriate career decision.
